UK Research provides research-grade materials intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes. All products are not for human or animal consumption, clinical use, diagnostic use, or any other application that would violate local, state, or federal law. These materials have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any comparable regulatory authority.

You agree to use this website solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Any unauthorized attempts to interfere with the Site, access systems, scrape content, or conduct fraudulent activity are prohibited. You may view and download material from the Site for personal, non-commercial research reference only. Copying, redistributing, modifying, or reproducing website content without written consent from UK Research is strictly prohibited.
UK Research makes every effort to maintain accurate and current information but does not guarantee completeness or accuracy. We reserve the right to correct errors, update product descriptions, prices, or availability at any time without notice.

All customers must be 21 years of age or older. By ordering, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or organization familiar with chemical handling, safety procedures, and applicable regulations. You assume full responsibility for compliance with all laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of these products.

UK Research may refuse or cancel orders at its discretion, including when misuse or lack of qualification is suspected. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the carrier accepts the shipment.

All website content—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by or licensed to UK Research and is protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UK Research is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or its products. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UK Research, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims or losses resulting from your use of the Site or products.

Links to third-party websites may appear on this Site for informational purposes. UK Research is not responsible for external content or the privacy practices of linked sites. Visiting third-party websites is at your own risk.


Refunds and Returns


Due to the specialized nature of our products, orders are generally considered final once shipped. Refunds are not routinely offered; however, UK Research may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.

All products are manufactured and stored under strict quality control standards. Once a product leaves our facility, returns are typically not accepted due to safety and regulatory considerations.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must contact support@ukresearch.com within seven (7) days of delivery. Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Once verified, UK Research will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or, in limited circumstances and at our discretion, an alternative remedy. Monetary refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only when deemed appropriate by UK Research.

Orders may be canceled only prior to shipment. To request cancellation, contact support@ukresearch.com immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is generally not eligible for cancellation; however, UK Research reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances at its discretion.

Please verify all shipping details, billing information, and product selections before completing checkout. UK Research is not responsible for errors or delivery failures resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If a package is lost, delayed, or seized by customs or a shipping carrier, UK Research will assist with tracking or inquiries when reasonably possible. Because such events are outside our direct control, refunds or replacements are not typically issued, but each situation may be reviewed individually at UK Research’s discretion.

No products may be returned to UK Research without prior written approval. Any unauthorized returns may be refused, destroyed, or otherwise handled at UK Research’s discretion.


Shipping and Payments


UK Research ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Paid orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific Time typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time or over a weekend ship the next business day. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. UK Research is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events once the order has been transferred to the shipping provider.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country. If a package is refused, confiscated, or destroyed by customs, refunds or replacements are not typically issued, but UK Research may review the circumstances at its discretion.

Payment in full is required before shipment. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other options shown at checkout. For ACH or e-Check payments, you authorize a one-time debit for the full order amount from your specified account. Once authorized, these payments cannot be canceled or modified.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

UK Research protects all transactions using 256-bit SSL encryption. Customer data is stored securely and used only for order fulfillment and customer service. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Texas.
